Kildare, IrelandAlex and Alan's partnership was forged when both were working for Ireland's biggest independent brewery, Rye River. Alex, head brewer, had always wanted creative control and a vehicle to realise his own dreams. Alan, with a lot of commercial knowledge, was the man to enable that dream. Whiplash initially started as a side project, but such has been the reception for the beers released so far it quickly catapulted into full operation.
