
Wrocław, PolandThough they began later than some other names in Poland, they’ve lead the way with a series of international collaborations with the likes of Brewski, Naparbier and De Molen. Stu Mostow really enjoy investing in local knowledge and ingredients, and have worked on bringing back several extinct Polish styles like Roggenbier, and Polish-style sours. They are on a mission to make Wroclaw the capital of Polish brewing, and from what we’ve seen, they are well on their way.
