Rome, ItalyRebel’s brewery have been lighting up the beer scene in Italy over the past 24 months, with their dry and eminently drinkable IPAs and Belgian-inspired recipes. Taking a youthful approach to the art of brewing, and giving Romans a brewery they can really get on board with, has been their mission from the start. Their taproom on the edge of Rome regularly packs in nearly 1000 people at weekends, all looking to enjoy some of the freshest, sharpest beer around.
