Copenhagen, DenmarkBased in Copenhagen, founded in 2015, led by enigmatic Søren Parker Wagner, and on a mission to produce really good, super fresh, but most importantly balanced IPAs. Søren cut his teeth in numerous, excellent breweries around the US, and on his return to Denmark knew his ultimate goal was to set up a brewery under his own steam. This year is going to be big as they follow up their first mixed fermentation beer which dropped at the end of last year. It was, straight off the bat, one of our favourite beers of the year.
