BrewDog's new sour and wild beer facility has taken the beer world by storm recently, with glowing reviews of their mixed fermentation beers. Headed up by Richard Kilcullen, formerly of America's Wicked Weed, they're quickly becoming one of the best sour beer producers in the UK.
