Belfast, Northern IrelandBoundary Brewing are one of those breweries that catch your attention from the off. Their artwork and pack design is incredible and they're also a co-op - a brewery owned by its members. But all this wouldn't mean much without the beer, and boy does it deliver: modern, full flavoured, well-balanced beers. There are a few key breweries leading the charge across the Irish sea, and these guys are one you need to try.
